I've been running Stay Bright since 2013, after 11 years in the Third Sector with Young Scot, the National Youth Information charity. Having joined from DC Thomson, I began in a content writing role, which developed over time to include podcasting, video and so much more! I spent the latter half of my time as Digital Director overseeing digital engagement strategy and setting up a Digital Modern Apprenticeship, before taking the leap to self-employment.

I have two key values that I always incorporate into my work:

-
Your needs are put first. I don’t work with out of the box solutions. Between us we’ll agree and deliver support that fits your needs and resources, designed to enhance what you do, however you do it.
-
Upskilling you is my preferred approach where appropriate. I believe that wherever appropriate, it is best to give you the skills and knowledge to understand and manage your own message going forward. I’ll always be there for support!
My role is to put you at the centre of all work provided, leaving the jargon out and focusing on effective solutions for your needs.
